Very nice charms (Mickey and Minnie) - I thought they were cartoon characters but they aren't. This is the best style where each color is its own hard rubber, cut (albeit thinly) and put together like a puzzle so the color doesn't rub off or scratch off. The ID pocket is large and looks like it could be big enough to hold a standard business ID badge (haven't tried it yet). Very satisfied! Defects? There is not much space for your address on the identification label. They arrived with some kind of tag, I think it was the black rubber on the front which I think came off them when they collided with other tags. The only way to prevent this is to wrap the labels individually in cellophane or plastic. While not really necessary, the rubber pulled off easily and the luggage tag was going to take more abuse anyway. For example, I appreciate it when a manufacturer doesn't produce unnecessary waste and those bags just become more waste.
