The product wasn't perfect but the customer service was great!
I originally received this product and it looked great but the strap on one side kept coming undone causing my 3 year old's backpack to be crooked. I contacted the email address I found on the label and they were very responsive and polite. They were able to send out a new backpack within a few weeks. I would buy from this seller again because they care about their customer service.
