Nice hat but lacks comfort. Simple solution
This is a high quality hat. I like it, but would have preferred a velcro on the back of a buckle, and the inside of the flag patch is pretty rough where the stars meet the stripes (mostly dead center). I may have to melt the inner material a bit to smooth it out, otherwise it might scratch my forehead from time to time. Update: Simple fix. I simply heated the spoon on the stove and pressed the rough spots. Now they are smooth as glass.
