I think they do what they should if you wear them at night but for heaven's sake don't try to walk in them. It's like walking on a jellyfish while skating. They look disconcertingly like jelly, trying to wriggle out from under my feet as I walk. I could hardly get up from my seat. If I pushed off too hard on a step, I'd come right out of them, so I ended up doing a bent-knee shuffle like I was walking on shiny ice. It made my roommates laugh out loud, but I wasn't a fan. They smell funny too. I work from home and thought I could wear them during the day because I hate wearing socks at night but NO. I don't think I can get them back on their feet.
