I was on a plane recently and was dying for a good neck support. Pros: Very supportive, adjustable fit with buckle. cushioning supported. It supports your head and allows you to rest your chin and tilt your neck to sleep without causing pain later. The carrying case was convenient and I was able to store my headphones in the bag so everything I needed was in one place. Cons: It's a bit stiff, more like a neck brace than a neck pillow. While wearing it I still felt like I wanted to put my head down more and luckily I had plenty of room on my flights and was able to lean against the window but it seemed limited in the sense that you could couldn't inflate it or fluff it at will. Overall, this keeps you upright and gives your neck the support you need, BUT if you're picky about how you sleep and want to customize your pillow and plump or plump, it's not possible. I wanted that extra pillow or down.
