When the parts come together, it's not particularly tough. When mounting on a wall, do not expect the plane of the monitor to be parallel to the plane of the wall - it will tilt forward slightly due to plug play. He holds the monitor, but not very tight. On the plus side, if you're looking for a solution that's easy to get in and out of, this is a good solution, as you can slide the monitor in and out of the arm fairly easily. This is a nice feature if that's what you're looking for (which is what I was looking for).
