Ideal neck and neck pillow pillow
I tried a contour pillow a few years ago but didn't like it. I have had 2 cervical fusion surgeries for whiplash and have tried many many different pillows even a water pillow and some down pillows and this is the one that gives me the right support as I still sleep on my right side. with herniated disc on the left over 2 hardware levels before reoperation on the cervical spine in the next year and every 5-7 years for life. This is a pillow that properly supports all the muscles in my neck. I definitely recommend this pillow!
