I love these. My son had a feeding tube in his nose and pulled it out which was unsafe so we had to swaddle him almost all the time. These diapers are of excellent quality and will not come loose. However, my son could have found a way to pull his hands out if it wasn't wrapped tight enough at the top. But I sincerely believe he could do it with any swaddle blanket. It was as if he should live in them for a while. :( The velcro on them is very strong and they have holes in the back so you can use them when they're in their car seat or strapped to a recliner or swing. These things saved my sanity while I was there for seven months had a feeding tube when he was old enough to roll over we needed to put him to sleep in something we could strap him to and wrap his arms so he didn't pull his whistle out so we used that rock and I think that For the rest of my life I will support wrapping myself in diapers because we needed them so much.
