Our team is very knowledgeable with red spin as well as other pentesting tools in general so we can get an overall picture of what could be going wrong without necessarily having all software installed ourselves. It's great when you need it but I wish there was more open source options available instead of always relying solely upon their paid version which isn't cheap! They're also not known for being super fast - if they don't think something needs fixing within 24 hours then chances are good its already been fixed by another tool (which sometimes defeats this feature). However, because everything has some sort of free option, most things aren't too hard to fix yourself. If you just want someone who knows how to use these programs than yes go ahead but otherwise do your research first before signing up. The only reason why i'm saying "no" here really stems from my experience using their products on previous jobs.
