Hey it works with my MSI GE72 6qf Apache Pro and it's good. It gets very hot with prolonged play, as I have had for several years. It's expected to get a bit warm, especially when running this laptop at full power for several hours, but the specs are higher than my original charger and it still gets hot. Is it because the cable in this adapter is too long? May be. In the end it works stably and I have to test it for another month before coming back to adjust my rating if it changes. I will buy from this company again. I love that it has light on bricks and the flexibility of a longer cord. On the other hand, the usual traditional charging with the bottom turned off does not heat up at all. Other than that, this was to be expected and it ran without any issues or excessive heat.
