I have a very hard time believing these are "100% MERINO WOOL" as described. I have purchased a hundred merino wool socks in the past, these are nothing like anything I have had previously. They feel like your basic cotton sock.Pros: Very comfortable. Sizing was good.Cons: They aren't any warmer than any medium to thick cotton sock. If they are merino wool, which they do not feel like they are, they are the thinnest wool sock I have every owned. I would not be surprised at all if it came out these are a blend or have very little merino wool in them. Do not get these if you are looking for a warmer than usual winter sock. If you just need a sock that covers your calf and is comfortable, go for it.
