Not suitable for replacing a ceiling fan bulb
Don't buy special bulbs online. These things almost caught fire because they looked like a good replacement for a ceiling fan bulb, but they obviously weren't. Take your old lightbulb to the hardware store so you can go home with the right lightbulb the first time.
