Cute tights. I love the ruffles at the bottom of the pants. I deducted a star because the material is a bit thin (you can see my baby's patterned underwear underneath) and the pants don't pull up too much. I have a feeling they should go higher at the waist but I can't because the seam touches the crotch and prevents it from being pulled up any further.
