Holy shit, they sound great. I wouldn't recommend them for a car without a subwoofer. Sometimes they can be a bit thin. However, a subwoofer makes up for this. I get two more for the back of my long cab truck. They are very powerful and very clear. Once upon a time there were top brands. So I guess I'm getting an older guy and didn't even know they still make car speakers. For less than $40 a set, you won't regret it. However, I will repeat it again. Without them, they will appear thin. It won't make your neighbors hate you, but you might like your music a little bit more.
