Review on 📹 GVM Great Video Maker Camera Motorized Slider - 48"/120CM, Automatic Round Trip, Time Lapse, Panoramic Shooting, Video Capture - Smooth and Stable Slider with Battery by Fred Griffin

This review is written in my own words and I purchased the product at my own expense. This review is for the 48-inch wired version, not the new Bluetooth model. I chose the wired remote because I don't want to use my phone for a million things on set. The battery discharges quickly enough! :) Why I bought this slider is I needed something quieter than my one man crew I paid over $1500 for a few years ago. about the relative loudness of the motor but everyone said it was a great one Slider - and they had RIGHT! And let me put your concerns to rest. If you're worried about the sound, don't worry. In my non-standard initial tests, the device is almost silent (can't say "quiet" because no one will believe me. but yes. it's quiet) to about 92% speed. As you approach 100%, you start to hear a slight rumble. But that's nowhere near the sound of the original One Man Cr can opener ew, and that's a QUARTER the price! Also, everything is over 85% faster than you need for an interview, so you should be happy with audio. I haven't even touched the manual. I took it out of the box, folded the legs, placed it on the counter, plugged in the remote, set the start and end positions, and was good to go. Five minutes. Of course now when I actually use it I put it on a tripod in the middle and two small tripods on the sides to make sure it's nice and stable. So yes. maybe ten minutes at most. If you are researching this product because you want something that is quiet, reliable, well made and all at an almost unbelievable price, great. I'll revise my review if I run into any issues in real use, but for now I'm almost as happy with this GVM slider as I've ever bought for my video store.TL; EN: Buy. You will not regret it.
