Review on ⚡ Reebok Women's Nano X: Empowering Cross Trainer Running Shoes by David Fields

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal for people with overpronation!

Before I review the product, here are my specs: 124 lbs, 5'5", I have very thin ankles and narrow feet, and I have severe overpronation (aka flat feet). When I Received these shoes I was a bit wary as they look a bit bulky and a bit heavier than I usually prefer feather light shoes.I'm sure others with thin ankles and narrow feet understand how heavy shoes kill your feet! You feel so fairly comfortable when trying on and love how they really support my flat feet (my feet look normal and don't overpronate when I look in the mirror) Secondly, the slightly chunky look of the shoe makes perfect sense, the wider base is great for that Balance (very important for people with narrow feet as I lose balance easily) and the wider forefoot (where the toes are) is great g for traction, which is essential in cross training, especially box jumps. or side jumps and burpees and barbell squats, you need that grip and balance! All in all, the shoes are great for training. But it's definitely not a running shoe in my opinion, at least not for me, because I have narrow feet and need something lighter for them. Sizing wise I would say they are true to size or maybe a little smaller than the same size in my Nike and Adidas shoes (first Reebok purchase). I would suggest staying true to size or going up a half size.
