I liked it after overcoming the price
At first I felt like the other reviewer. I was outraged at the price they charge for this bin. Using the various trash cans I've owned over the years has been a daily frustration. I crossed my fingers and finally bought it about 6 months ago. My life is no longer a daily complication. It is very hard and has a very nice matte finish. My favorite feature is the liner retainer notch. This allows you to buy commercial garbage bags without strings. Bought the 13 liter version. I save money by buying bags from a restaurant supplier. Bags are much stronger and cheaper. Like other reviewers, I found the 13-gallon bags uncomfortable. I use "Li'l Herc" .9 Mill Low Density Bags 20-30 gallons.
