I actually really like this body shaper. It's just subtle, like wearing your regular underwear that holds you in better at the top of it. It does a good job of flattening the lower and mid tummy, just the perfect amount of compression. I especially appreciate that it is cotton where it counts, very important to me. I was hesitant to try this during a workout, thinking maybe I should save this only for dresses/special occasions, but to my surprise, it performed so well. I was wearing some joggers with a shorter, almost cropped top, teaching a fitness class. I didn't necessarily want to show my stomach so wearing this allowed me more freedom to raise my arms because when my shirt would come up, I had this nice black compression covering the belly button area and the parts I didn't really want to be seen. I thought I was going to have to be readjusting constantly, but thankfully, I didn't really think about it too much at all.I just appreciated having a bit of a smoother and slimmer mid-section while wearing this shaper. I may order another pair.
