So this shoe gets five stars because it's beautiful and well made. I received it on time, the only thing is that it doesn't fit my daughter, a lot of people said to go bigger, so I did. Unfortunately that was a mistake, they run huge, it will take forever to fit my daughter who is a size 11. I have 12 but they seem huge so I'm disappointed. I don't know what's up with that size when people just don't know their kids' heights or when the company keeps screwing up
