Let me start by saying that I have been battling back pain for many years since retiring from the military. The problem increased over the years causing a complex of problems like sleeping problems, difficulty sitting, walking and many others leading to depression and an overall poor quality of life and happiness. I lost interest in my hobbies like working out at the gym and walking because my body was in constant pain. I went to the VA and saw several doctors for all of these complex issues and I wasn't getting the proper treatment that I needed. Fast forward a week after purchasing this simple product and I can indulge and feel GREAT every morning. I can go to the gym and train like I used to and the pain in my body is no longer a constant reminder. My body is slowly recovering and combined with a healthy diet and daily exercise, I won't feel like I'm 80 anymore. I take my psoriasis to work and use it throughout the day when I can feel the creeping pain coming back. I never write reviews but as I'm writing this at the gym right now and cherishing my body being able to run 5+ minutes on the treadmill again I felt compelled to say thank you. So thank you.
