I have only recently discovered this type of headphone designed for comfort while sleeping and I currently own three different styles. It was a game changer (and saves money because the fan doesn't run all night). Even at low volume, the headband muffles almost all sounds so you don't have to hurt your ears. They charge quickly and last all night (including the hour I watch TV before bed). In this particular model, the fabric is a stabilized jersey that fits snugly to the body while you sleep, but with no added pressure.
