If you want good headphone reviews go to head-fi.org. I will summarize. These are very comfortable headphones, made even more comfortable with the V-Moda XL ear pads. They sound great over the cable, with Bluetooth the bass drops a bit - that's not due to Bluetooth per se, I think it's because the built-in amplifier is a bit weak. For this reason, if you don't want the rose gold color, I'd recommend saving money and getting the non-Codex edition. There's no point paying extra for better codecs if the amp can't tell the difference. A nice side effect of this is a great battery life of >20 hours. They don't let through as much ambient noise as previous versions of the V-MODA Crossfade range - not enough for a polite conversation with them, but too much for a plane ride.
