A grease station is needed when lubricating dozens of derailleurs at once and this is a great kit for beginners as it includes a stem holder, grease brushes and a derailleur opener. Unfortunately, mine arrived with a small tear, but as it was purely a cosmetic issue I didn't bother to get a replacement. The only criticism of this product is its design. There are 33 switch slots but only 22 spring/stem slots, which doesn't make much sense to me. You can either open 33 switches and leave 11 springs/rods without a slot to organize them, or just open 22 switches and leave 11 unused slots. It would be great if the slot numbers matched, but I can't complain about the price and all that comes with it.
