I ordered a "used" duvet but it arrived perfectly packaged with no signs of wear. The set includes an ultra-soft duvet and a weighted duvet. I've used both and can say I never get hot (even in North Carolina's humid climate). I've been using it for almost a week and my sleep quality has improved a lot (see picture). I weigh 120 pounds and 15 pounds is perfect! The size is an RV queen mattress, but I don't really need that much of a blanket as its main purpose is to cover the body (not the bed) with the weight. I bought a 48" x 72" blanket for £15 so moving this blanket around the mattress in the morning can turn into a workout lol. Therefore, the total weight should be considered when attempting to adjust your mattress. If not, or if you sleep alone, this size or smaller should be perfect!
