I love this bag! He is strong and sweet. It fits a laptop and some files, as well as my water bottle and lunch. It's been a few weeks and I haven't had any issues with this bag, it's been great. The handles and plastic are well made, I would be surprised if the plastic breaks or the handle breaks or starts to rub off. This is a medium sized bag, I wanted something that wasn't huge but big enough to fit my needs and it's the perfect size. If you need a sturdy bag for work I would recommend this one.
