Not what I expected.
My glass was really crumpled. The wax formula is really questionable for a soft wax. The bottle is really sticky. ****Update: I decided to try the wax. In fact, it can be applied very well and even removes fine hairs. The only thing I have to agree with other reviews is that residue is difficult to remove. I am a beautician and the oil I use to wax is grapeseed oil and it was still difficult to remove. If you can find something that removes residue, then it's a good wax.
