Works perfectly! best for washing dishes

Works great...much better than rock salt alone. Won't remove the cast iron finish you've worked so hard to maintain. No soap, just warm water, some rock salt, and some scrubbing. Do not exaggerate. Use a small square-ended spatula to work on the tougher spots, then use the scrubber. Pat dry with kitchen paper and drizzle with a little oil. It may take half an hour in the oven at 180 if the coating needs a little regeneration.
