Snafu Glue on Printer Parts and Supplies

I read the instructions and watched the video before purchasing. What they didn't prepare me for was that HP is now gluing the chip. There was no way to get it out without destroying it. The tools that came with it would have worked just fine if it wasn't for the glue mess. Before purchasing a cartridge without a chip, check the HP cartridge for glue.
