Easy installation. Does not change water pressure when using a low flow shower head. Follow the instructions to run the shower for 5-10 minutes before using. Works perfectly! San Francisco's water has been deteriorating since 2017, when they began mixing groundwater with Hetch Hetchy's water. Whatever is in the water now (their story is that the groundwater is treated but NOT filtered) made for an awful shower - dried out hair and burning eyes etc just awful. This showerhead has made a huge improvement - no more burning eyes! Feels a lot nicer too. Even my husband is amazed at how nice the shower water is since we've been using this shower head. Almost like we're back to 100% Hetch Hetchy water!
