Also, their support is brilliant - they respond in minutes and always do their best to help. Nothing really, it's very well designed to get you started with a powerful tool that will grow naturally with your needs. Their tool is great as long as you don't need too complex features. Customer engagement with our clients. It is very easy to use, it's great for keeping track of all our sales channels and leads in one place. The reporting features are amazing as well! Nothing really - I have been using this software since 2014 so far no complaints here. If you're looking for an excellent CRM that will help with tracking customer information and managing your sales team then look into Pellio. We've used other services before but we realized how much more efficient Pellio was compared to others.
