I bought these to install Homepod mini in my main bathroom and also in my kitchen. I wasn't sure if I would like this design but I think it looks great and neat. I LOVE the cord case! I'm not a big fan of having one of the speakers visible, but with this mount it's no small thorn in my side. The brackets are likely to block some amount of noise, as opposed to buying a "shelf". " mount, so be aware. I use mine primarily to control Flow-enabled smart bulbs and for Siri commands, so this wasn't a problem for me. This mount also allows you to mount the top of the mini practically control the device whichever direction you decide to go in. One thing I haven't figured out that could be improved with this product is that you can plug in vertically. My kitchen outlets are horizontal (sideways, see photo)), but there is no way to rotate the plug holder.If I bought an adapter it would stick out too far.The only outlets that aren't near the floor (like most people are) are in places like kitchens and bathrooms where electrical equipment is typically used at a rack height.Unfortunately, and not ideally, my Kitchen Homepod mini needs to be mounted on a typical low mounted outlet.(see image) I who de probably just remove it completely from the counter heater. I'm happy with my purchase but just wish the plug would rotate to fit both horizontal and vertical outlet placement.
