Waste of money for eyebrow tint

I absolutely hate giving such a bad review. I love Lady Gaga and have loved all the eyeshadows I've bought. But that? Not at all happy with it. I liked all the other products, I am absolutely disappointed. Lumpy and doesn't work well at all. Tried with and without mascara. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save yourself money and frustration.
