The skirt fits my 2 year old perfectly! It wasn't tight but held up as expected. The pompoms in a skirt of different colors are so cute and I ended up moving most of them to the front so it would be awkward to sit on the pompoms when she sat down. Luckily the skirt has a lining as the tulle is a bit spiky but not crisp. I washed the skirt and the tulle seemed to soften a bit.
