Not new to BCAAs, after receiving the product I started preparing the bottle and reading the label. There are several "Warning Statements" on the label that you should read before purchasing. In particular: 1.) Physical side effects/reactions to be expected as a result of consumption 2.) Dosage - in particular the maximum duration of intake/duration of the product 3.) Warning DO NOT take caffeinated beverages/food at the time of ingestion. On the first serving, I felt a tingly "tingling" sensation that emanated from my upper chest and neck and spread down my arms to my hands. NOT a good feeling (who likes to feel tingles? Nobody). This reaction made me take a closer look at the label.
