I received this fitness tracker on 06/01/2021, charged it and started using it. I even uploaded the data to the app which resets at 00:00 and erases all information! Neither the watch itself nor the app store data unless you give them all sorts of permissions to use your cloud storage, which I didn't because I don't even use cloud storage. All data from 02.06.2021. Image 1 At the top it says that I have to walk 23,109 steps to reach my goal. I have already covered 4891 steps at a distance of 5 km. Another 109 steps would actually be 2.5 miles, but this fitness tracker requires me to walk 15 miles per day (28,000)! The goal should be based on age, gender and fitness level and should also be achievable. I am 50 years old and weigh 100 pounds. overweight. The CDC and my doctor recommend 10,000 as a goal. Photo 2 I walk about 1/4 mile every hour. I'm following the exact same route, so the steps shouldn't differ too much. At 8:30 he says I only walked 192 steps, at 9:30 581 steps, at 10:30 683 steps. Image 3 I'm pretty sure I didn't walk 156 steps at 1 a.m. I must have been walking in my sleep. Figure 4. My heart rate during walking and activities averages around 75 beats per minute. Figure 5. My sleep heart rate averages around 85 beats per minute. Higher than when I walk My heart rate has never been 75! Like I said, I'm 100 pounds overweight! Photo 6 No blood pressure data! I took my blood pressure 3 times before 10:30 am. It was 138/85, 131/85 and 115/77! Now I know 138/85 sounds high but that would be really good for me. When I got 115/77 I knew I had to wear handcuffs. See Figure 8. It was 147/87 and the heart rate was 89 in a seated position. Note the photo taken at 10:30 am on June 2nd. Photo 7 Using the battery. This app works all the time. Even the application manager cannot close it. It drains your phone's battery. I usually don't need to charge my phone for 5-6 days as I only use it for email and texting. This app drains my battery in a day. If you have to charge your phone every day without this app, your phone won't last all day. There is nothing specific about these hours. Pedometer is not accurate, heart rate is not accurate, blood pressure is far off. Calories burned are based on calculated steps and are therefore not accurate. I need an activity tracker that records my heart rate while walking so I can make sure I'm hitting my goal without going over 170bpm. If you just want a pedometer, there are free apps on Google Play that use your phone's GPS and show your route and distance, and they're more accurate than that. If you're looking for a good fitness tracker that records your heart rate and breathing and actually stores the data to show your doctor, buy the Fitbit Charge 4. The watch itself stores data for a full week, while the app stores data for months. It also has a built-in GPS. You may pay 99.95 but you get what works!
