This set is very light. There is a foot/hand massage roller and a magic wand. There is also a pink tote bag. My friend and I tried it. I also tried it on my feet. I personally don't care. My legs hurt, especially my knees. It was good for my hands, but using a wand was more beneficial for me than using a large massager. On the other hand, my friend loved it and said it was perfect for people with forearm issues (i.e. the area between the elbow joint and the wrist). I personally like the handstick in the form of four curved fingers. I like it because they are easy to maneuver and I can put pressure where I want. So this device isn't for me and my boyfriend admitted it's not for him either. I find the main block just too useless. It can be good for the hands depending on the problem the person is having. However, my friend found it tight on the forearms and I found it tight on the biceps. It didn't work at all on my legs and it hurt my knees and I actually had to bend it to partially wrap it around my hips. The current price of $13.49 ($14.99 minus 10%) is a competitive price for this one.
