I really like them. After burning myself multiple times on crappy devices of a similar design, I became vigilant. I've tried a different design, but I like the simplicity of the sleek flex neckband with the dangling magnetic earcups. I tried again and finally got lucky. The most important thing about this headset is the incredible battery life. I charged it fully when I received it. I use it daily for 2-3 hours, mainly for music. The battery lasted 9 days! I would say that the advertised 20 hours is quite accurate. The sound quality for calls and music is damn good for the price. It's not Bose, of course, but it's pretty decent. No issues with crackling or dropped calls, I can hear them and they can hear me. Good Bluetooth range, I would say around 30 feet. It is important that the rubber pieces that go into the ear DO NOT fall off! I had this problem with all other devices I had. These stay in place. You can change hints with no problem and then they stay there. That is beautiful. I waited a while to check them out because I wanted to be sure. I have been scammed by other sellers in the past. I am convinced that some of them manipulate their feedback. However, these guys are real. If like me you buy shit with 5 star reviews and get frustrated trying to tell the real from the fake then this is a really decent product and great value for money. Probably the only reason I'm leaving such a long review is in hopes of helping others weed out. Update: I bought the NB16 model and after about a year it finally had to be replaced. Apparently they are currently selling another NB26 model on this site which I don't like (which is a bit disingenuous considering they are postponing reviews for the NB16). This page now mentions both models and hopefully that gets fixed. Previously good interaction with customer service, very dissatisfied with it.
