Review on 🔌 Treatlife Multicolor Compatible Assistant: The Ultimate Industrial Electrical Solution by Matthew Maxwell

*I* was wrong. and right. lol light flickers *** when unit is dimmed *** and mine did. I switched to a standard outlet with a switch and the FLIKING WAS GONE. So my apologies for that part of my review - the bulbs do NOT flicker on a standard switch. For the people I know who see flickering, use a non-dimmer socket/light. LIGHTING: White is bright and colors are good (not great; good). GROUPING AND MUSIC: I used the Smart Life app for the first connection. and it was good. I can add them to the room and control them, but I can't sync the music to all five bulbs. So I bit the bullet and created a Treat Life (GRRRRR) account. added all five lights. AND I CAN'T GROUP THEM YET. The app is almost identical to Smart Life, except that there's a "Shopping Mall" tab where you can buy new products - and it seems to be the only place the developers have spent any time. I can't find ANY GROUP OR MUSIC SYNCHRONIZATION. Several reviewers/responses said "It's easy, just group them". Can't find this option. MUSIC: The app uses your device's microphone to sync the lightbulb *A* to the music. With the Fire 8, I open this lightbulb, press "music" and press "start". The sound does NOT need to come from the device, but the microphone needs to be close to the music source. So putting the Fire 8 next to Alexa works. But again, only one bulb works - as soon as I get out of *that* bulb, the "dancing" light stops. The reason I wanted them was to sync 5 lightbulbs to the music in the band. and that doesn't seem to be an option. Too bad. CONCLUSION: The light is good. like smart headlights and nothing more. The musical timing part is great if you want a lightbulb to dance. If you already have Smart Life, there is no point in buying Treat Life. Works well with Alex. PREVIOUS CHECK: Don't try to gaslight people who say these bulbs flicker by saying "they only flicker to adjust" - THEY flicker. I bought 5 and am pretty sure I will have to return them. My head hurts sitting in this room long enough to arrange them. If you are sensitive to light, buy another brand. APP: I *hate* a company that requires me to CREATE an ACCOUNT to use their product. I might need an app, but I *need* an account. I used the Smart Life app which I have because I want it and installation was a breeze. It took me a few tries to quickly turn it on and off and then it was easy/quick. I don't know if they work with music. That's why I chose them, but the flickering is so bad I don't even want to know if it works. upset.
