This product has been a blessing to me. The blue light from the computer and cell phone caused severe migraines. I have chronic migraines; However, after using these glasses for a few weeks, I noticed a dramatic improvement. These goggles fit well over my prescription lenses and work well to reduce the blue light that comes from all the electronic screens I've used, even before my prescription was updated. I really appreciate these glasses and have recommended them to a close friend and family member. Relieved of the first pair I bought, I even bought a second pair so I could have a set at home and one for work. I use both sets every day. The glasses and case are lightweight and I also appreciate having a cleaning cloth and inner pouch to hold the glasses. I appreciate that the seller (Jenny) even emailed me to make sure everything was ok with my order (which applied to both sets of glasses, thanks!). I wasn't sure if they would work when I first bought them and I took a chance which was rewarded with a reduction in blue light migraines. Before using these glasses, the intensity of the migraines due to the blue light coming from the screens was so severe that for 2 days I had difficulty getting out of bed and trying to go about my normal activities. I immediately noticed a difference trying them on as soon as they arrived. Thanks again for a great and useful product. ***Update: The glasses still work as described; However, the frame wasn't as strong as I had hoped. A few days ago when I was cleaning the lenses the lens fell out of the frame and when I tried to put the lens back in the frame the bottom left turret broke. So, yes, the glasses reduce the blue light coming from the screens of electronic devices; However, I am afraid that part of the frame broke a few weeks after wearing the glasses. Fortunately, the location of the tear does not affect my ability to use the product as intended. I would still recommend them to reduce blue light from electronic screens; However, as other reviewers point out, they are cheap.
