Review on Dell E2318Hx LED Lit Monitor: High-Definition Display with Flicker-Free Technology and IPS Panel by Nathaniel Cohn

Came out of the box with an odd color profile and had to fiddle around a bit to make it look like my other LG monitor. Everything seemed fine after that, but then I noticed the halos. Oh those haloes. This panel blows downright stupid for a modern panel. This is very evident when scrolling through a web page. It's less noticeable on the video, not so bad that it's messed up like that. However, regular 12 pixel fonts leave a footprint of almost the same height as they are. A terrible eyesore, I would not buy another monitor like this. I'm only giving it three stars because it's very cheap for a 1080p monitor with good contrast and color reproduction. If I paid more than $150 I would be pissed.
