Review on Elf Stor 40 inch Tall Green Wrapping Paper Storage Box - Model 83-DT5518 by Roger Sanders

I have had this product less than two months. I strongly advise against buying it, there are much better options. Here's my experience: 1.) In general, the product itself is very thin, especially when you put several rolls of wrapping paper in it. 2.) The rolls are held in place with very thin cardboard inserts that will not stay in place. Once they fall apart, you'll have to take out all the reels, try to fix them, and then put them back in. This happened to me several times when I moved the bracket and it was very annoying. 3.) Tear off the handles as soon as you pick it up and move it with the weight of the wrapping paper inside. 4.) The holder is unbalanced after inserting the wrapping paper, easy to fall off, and then crush the wrapping paper inside. 5.) A little over a month later the holder tipped over again and this time the thin cardboard sides were crumpled and couldn't be repaired, now it doesn't even come close to balancing or standing up. 6.) The lid just stays up, it doesn't hold up in any way, so it keeps falling off immediately, which is very annoying. 7.) I ask Ted to return this product after 7 weeks, the company didn't even bother to contact me to understand my concerns, they simply dismissed the claim with an automated email, very poor customer service . I hope to save someone from wasting money on this product. .
