They are even prettier in person. These are the nicest teacups I have ever owned and I have several good ones. They are about the size of a teacup with a comfortable handle. They are delicate but not as fragile as bone china. Small roses in the cup near the edge give it a special flavor. They are worthy of a gift (which I intend to do) and a pleasure to use every day (which I do). I feel spoiled when I drink from one. I let them sit in the kitchen because they are so beautiful. I've been arguing about getting them for a very long time. Instead, I ordered a set from another company because they were a bit cheaper. There was an error. I think I will order more of these.
