Review on 💡 2 Pack GE Jewel LED Night Light Bulbs by William Bradford

I bought both a pack of these GE Jewel LED night lights and a set of GE SleepLite LED night lights at the same time, um compare them and see what I liked the most. Compared to the GE SleepLite LED night light, the GE Jewel night light is larger in both diameter and profile. It's not as bright and has a more yellow hue than Sleeplite. Because these nightlights are LED-based, they don't use a lot of electricity, even when running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: the GE Jewel nightlight states on the back that it uses 0.9 watts. In comparison, the GE SleepLite consumes just 0.3W, so it's clear that some tweaks have been made to the Sleeplite model. The GE Jewel LED night lights, which do not have a twilight sensor, are very similar to the Sleeplite: GE Jewel LED night lights protrude a full two inches from the wall by 2 inches x 1 5/8 inches. ., while the GE SleepLite LED night lights are much smaller, measuring 1 5/8 x 1 inch in profile. GE SleepLite LED night lights keep you cool while GE Jewel LED night lights keep you warm. Some attempt was probably made to take advantage of the extra 0.6W the Jewel bulbs draw. Again, I suspect the Sleeplite is just a newer, more modern design with better optimization and more modern details. It's a bit unfortunate because I actually like the light from this Jewel night light better, but unfortunately the extra 0.6w 24/7 is 0.6w 24/7 so I'll probably buy more Sleeplites. Maybe GE will take the really cool and much better case of the cool Jewel night light and replace it with the best LED the Sleeplite has because I think it would be the perfect night light! Both night lights only occupy one outlet leaving the other outlet free, but the Jewel night light can be a little more cumbersome to fit larger plugs. I've included photos of both night lights next to the large 3-prong extension plug so you can compare them side-by-side, as well as photos that reflect as best as possible what the light actually looks like. Check (order: both night lights in the bathroom on a rainy day with the lights off, both night lights in the kitchen under the closet on a rainy day with the lights off with your hand for scales, both night lights in the bedroom in a dark corner on a rainy day with lights off showing how they actually look pretty good, both night lights in the kitchen under the cupboard on a rainy day with lights on/off, GE Sleeplite night light in socket next to Big 3 pin plug, front view - in real life it's not nearly as bright, GE Jewel night light in socket next to large 3-pin plug, GE Sleeplite in socket next to large 3-pin plug).
