I love these pajamas almost as much as my 18 month old. The cotton is very soft, the zip has a large internal flap to protect the skin and it fits well as it is large for its age and has room to grow. On their second birthday, they're getting a little too tight to be comfortable, but at least they're stretching a little. She put a hole in one of her legs (our mistake) and the clasp left a small snag in the fabric (I think they arrived at that downside). For reference, we have other Leveret legged pajamas that didn't have these issues. Feet wearing shoes that are US size 9 or larger (about 6 inches) will also feel cramped! For a pajama that plays well they hold up well and the fabric is still soft and relatively light. So for us it was pajamas for 17-22 months but that's okay. We're ordering the next batch of Leveret pajamas!
