I didn't expect miracles, just blue light blocking glasses for my cell phone. I don't have any vision problems, so I ordered zero power 0.0 glasses. They have very little blue light filtering. The glasses sit heavily on the bridge of my nose, causing pain and sliding down - I kept pushing them back. Worst of all, the lenses have poor clarity and blur the text, which actually causes eye strain! I really wanted to like her, but I can't. I will keep looking for other brands.
