1. Steamer shipped and broken. Was not packed in a suitable shipping carton to protect fragile parts.
Rowenta is probably the best steamer on the market. Appears to be well designed and used. I've been a seamstress all my life and most steamers are poorly made and don't produce steam intended for professional use. Was glad that whoever also sent the second steamer put it in a strong box protecting the steamer box. Congratulations sender. My grateful thanks.
