The product is very easy to use with great support from their team of experts who always respond quickly, professionally & effectively! There are no downsides as far I'm concerned - only that it's quite expensive for this type of low volume business (where there isn't much need for additional features). We started using Queemagic in 2017 because we were looking at new ways/solutions to improve our operational efficiency by automating some manual processes across all departments within my organization which include HRIS / Payroll / Accounts etc., This has helped us drastically reduce time delays when entering data into systems such as Excel or Word documents through multiple channels like WhatsApp group chats amongst others, saving valuable man hours previously spent manually logging information into these applications.
