I bought these lights to decorate my bike for Christmas and maybe all year round. The package was delivered in advance, there were no problems with the delivery. The lights are as described: tiny, low-power LEDs on a flexible wire chain (the filament doesn't hold its shape, so you'll need something to attach it to things). It is battery operated with a switch. He has no other powers. This is a very simple string of lights. If the price stays the same, that's a great price under $10. That's why I bought them. The cost of replacing the batteries for these flashlights won't be worth it, but at this price you can just order more flashlights with batteries. Also, I don't like buying fancy gear for my bike because it draws too much attention to my bike and these lights look really cheap but still work great (exactly what I need to decorate my bike). I would like to point out that the LEDs are small and spaced apart and I don't think they would be great for decorating rooms but could be a nice addition to a craft project.
