I have always bought this cream through a dermatologist's office. It's the same price if I buy it there. This product smelled different, it was more fragrant. The consistency and texture is different and it just feels like it will just sit on my skin and look greasy whereas the cream I buy from the doctor is thick, has no smell and really absorbs into my skin and it softens. This product irritated my skin and I had to stop using it for a few uses. So disappointed.
