The best part about working at LRR is being able to work for such an amazing law office! There are so many talented people here who genuinely care about their employees' well-being. We have access to great benefits like health insurance plans (including dental!), 401K matching funds & paid time off! I also love how friendly everyone is in this building - it makes coming into work even more enjoyable than usual! Honestly there's nothing really bad about my job here other then not having as much vacation days compared to other jobs out there since we're always going back and forth between client projects throughout our day. Also, if you do choose to take vacation days they can be very hard to come by because once your turn comes up another person will usually want those same hours instead. As mentioned above though, all of these things could only make me appreciate the benefits even better!
